Post Adoption Center for Education and Research (PACER) is an all volunteer
nonprofit, based in northern California serving the adoption triad.
Pacer-Adoption.org
is the online vehicle promoting awareness, openness and advocates for
positive changes in adoption policy and practice. PACER participants in
our "WebDev Management" program which includes web design, web hosting,
web site management, search engine marketing, collateral material and partner
management.
